Problem w pliku .htaccess

Witam serdecznie, zainstalowałam joomle,potem virtueMart i chcąc na stronie wejść na sklep wyskakuje mi komunikat :Przepraszamy, błąd serwera. Prawdopodobnie w pliku .htaccess użyto błędnej opcji. Co mam z tym począć? Z góry dziękuję za pomoc, nie mam pojęcia co mam źle.

Witam mam chyba taki sam problem:

Przepraszamy, błąd serwera. Prawdopodobnie w pliku .htaccess użyto błędnej opcji.

Ale nie wiem jak mam sobie z nim poradzić?
To co wyczytałem wyżej nic mi nie mówi...

Proszę o szybką pomoc.

Proszę adminów o ingerencję w ten plik i wstawienie poprawnej zawartości gdyż ja nic sam w nim nie zmieniałem(przynajmniej ręcznie)
Do tej pory nie miałem podobnego problemu pojawił się niedawno

Już wszystko działa jak należy.
Jeśli to dzięki pomocy Adminów to jestem bardzo wdzięczny...
